As Founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Lira’s Leap & Learn Academy, Mel leads the strategic vision, business growth, and operational excellence of the academy. With a deep passion for early education and a strong foundation in finance and organizational leadership, she ensures that every aspect of the academy’s operations reflects integrity, innovation, and care. Mel is dedicated to creating a sustainable, nurturing environment where families feel supported and children thrive from their earliest years.

Cany-Michelle Ramirez

As Co-Founder and Chief Learning Officer (CLO), Cany oversees the design and implementation of Lira’s sensory-rich and developmentally focused programs. Guided by Montessori principles and evidence-based early learning practices, she curates hands-on experiences that nurture curiosity, independence, and social growth. Cany’s expertise in sensory and adaptive daily living (ADL) development ensures each child’s unique needs are met with compassion, creativity, and purpose laying the groundwork for lifelong learning success.
